Mission Statement 
 

• To enable young committed Christian men and women from tribal Indonesian villages to grow in their rela- tionship with God, and to be trained in a variety of skills that will prepare and enable them to be agents of change in their villages, and for their people (eg the Dyak tribes of Borneo)

• To enable these young men and women to fulfil their destiny and calling from God

• To provide them with opportunities to receive ministry into their own lives so as to receive healing and re- lease from childhood and young adult emotional and spiritual wounds, thus enabling them to live lives of freedom and confidence in their identity in Christ

• To see them fully integrated into the local church, actively living as part of the local Body of Christ, and so preparing them to have active supportive ministries in their village communities
